Docteur Bet values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Email address: used to create and access your account.
Name: displayed in your profile.
Country: determines which bookmakers and odds are shown to you.
Betting history: bets you record in the app (stake, odds, result).
Initial bankroll amount: entered by you to track your bankroll evolution.

Subscription and purchase history: the subscriptions you buy through the App Store or Google Play, so we can unlock premium access. Payment is handled by Apple or Google. We never see or store your card details.
Push notification token: used to send you the alerts you have enabled.
Usage data: app opens, sessions and screen views, used to understando improve it.
Device and advertising identifiers: including the advertising identising ID on Android). See section 3.
Install attribution data: on Android, the campaign parameters (utm_sontent) carried by the link you used to install the app. These are our

We do not sell or rent your personal data. The sharing described above is limited to what is necessary for these purposes, and it depends on your consent.
Your consent comes first:
When you first open the app, we ask whether you accept the use of your data for advertising measurement.
If you decline, the Meta advertising SDK is not activated, no advertted, and no data is sent to Meta. The app works exactly the same way.
If you accept, and only then, iOS additionally asks for the system tacking Transparency). If you refuse that system prompt, no advertising identifier is collected either.
You can withdraw your consent at any time from your device settings, and on iOS from Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Tracking.
Transfers outside the European Union:
Meta and Google may process this data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Your account, betting history, bankroll and subscription are processed to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
Notifications you have enabled are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
Advertising measurement and tracking are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
App security and fraud prevention are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Data Storage, Retention and Deletion
Your data is stored securely on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If your account remains inactive for three years, we delete it.
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from thtings, or by contacting us through the support form.
Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Certain records may be kept for a limited period where the law requires it, in particular accounting records relating
to your purchases.
